Cancellation Policy
At Beauty Care Esthetics, we are committed to providing safe and effective radiofrequency (RF) treatments to promote skin tightening, collagen production, and body contouring. Please review our policy before booking your session. Eligibility & Contraindications RF treatments are not suitable for individuals who: • Are pregnant or breastfeeding. • Have pacemakers, metal implants, or electronic devices in the treatment area. • Have active skin infections, open wounds, or severe acne in the area. • Have a history of skin cancer or autoimmune skin disorders. • Are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy treatments. A consultation is required before the first session to assess your suitability. Pre-Treatment Guidelines • Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning 48 hours before your appointment. • Keep the skin clean and free of makeup, lotions, or oils on the day of treatment. • Stay hydrated to enhance the effectiveness of the procedure. • Avoid using retinoids, AHAs, or exfoliants 5 days before treatment to prevent irritation. Post-Treatment Care • Mild redness or warmth is normal and should subside within a few hours. • Avoid sun exposure and always apply SPF 30+ for at least a week after treatment. • Refrain from using harsh skincare products, retinoids, or exfoliants for 3-5 days post-treatment. • Avoid hot showers, saunas, or intense exercise for 24 hours after the procedure. • Hydrate well and use a gentle moisturizer to support skin recovery. Treatment Frequency & Results • RF treatments should be spaced 30 to 45 days apart to allow proper collagen regeneration and optimal results. • Results vary depending on skin type, age, and consistency of treatments. • Maintenance sessions may be recommended every few months to prolong results. Cancellation & Late Policy • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of session credit. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling. Consent & Liability • Clients must sign an informed consent form before their first RF session. • BeautyCare Esthetics is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to failure to follow pre- and post-care instructions.
