A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Product Sales and Pickup

All products sold (e.g., skincare routines) are final sale and non-refundable.
There is no shipping at this time. Products must be picked up in person.
Clients must call (857) 930-3121 to arrange a pickup time.

3. Payments

We accept payment via our website or in person at our studio.
All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or trusted third-party providers.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Services

A 30% deposit is required when booking any appointment.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded or can be transferred to a future appointment.

Products

All skincare routines and beauty products are final sale and non-returnable.
Products must be picked up in person at our Everett location.

📦 Fulfillment & Pickup Policy

Currently, we do not offer shipping. All products must be picked up in person at our location at 497 Broadway St /Everett, MA.

Pickup Instructions:

Once you place an order or make a purchase, please contact us at (857) 930-3121 to schedule a pickup time.
Pickup is by appointment only and must be arranged in advance.
Unclaimed items after 7 days may be canceled unless prior arrangements have been made.
